To secure the items, the buyer must provide a 50% deposit of the total price, and the remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. It's important to note that cancelled orders will incur a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total price
Title to the unit will transfer to the buyer upon pickup, provided that all payments have been made in full. The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the transfer of ownership.

Our products are built to the highest standards for durability and reliability. The structural frame carries a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery or handover, covering defects in materials or workmanship of the primary load-bearing components. All fittings and fixtures are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery or handover. In the event of a valid claim, Portable Shelters will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or unit at no additional cost, subject to inspection and verification
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, relocation, misuse, overloading, acts of nature (flood, storm, cyclone, fire, earthquake, etc.), vandalism, theft, negligence, unauthorised modifications, or failure to perform maintenance and cleaning. Connection to water, waste, and electrical services must be completed by a licensed plumber and licensed electrician in accordance with Australian standards and local regulations. Proof of purchase and proper installation documentation are required for any claim.
Any disputes between the buyer and seller will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Brisbane, Australia and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
Purchase agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal action arising from this agreement must be brought in the courts of Brisbane, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the buyer and seller and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No modifications or amendments to these terms and conditions will be valid unless made in writing by the seller.
